1. General

SJ-SDC D7 is IMPELLER (turbine) water meter with magnetic transmission, dry type register for residential application with sizes from Dn15 to Dn20 designed and manufacture by NWM and meets to the requirements of Directive 2004/22/EC on measuring instruments; the European Standard EN14154+A1+A2: Water Meter; the International Organization of Legal Metrology OIML R-49: 2006(E): Water meters intended for the metering of cold potable water and hot water. 

2. Features

 

1) All the Materials in contact with water, consciously selected by the known resistance to corrosion;

2) Cold water meter under current standard for lower than 30oC(T30), but NWM SJ-SDC (D7) can be used safely in water temperature up to 50oC(T50); 

3) Hot water meter under current standard for Lower than 90oC(T90);

4) Outside calibration for easy operation;

5) The ROTARY indicator register for the most comfortable reading position is of 8 Rollers and 1 Pointer;

6) The Impeller is the only moving parts in contact with water permitting the most reliable;

6. Installation Requirement
1) Pipeline must be flushed before installation
2) The meter should be constantly full of water during operation
3) The meter should be installed in horizontal with the direction of flow as marked on the body of the water meter.
